Get ready to celebrate in Downtown Mooresville! Join the Town of Mooresville on March 4, 2023 for Mooresville Day – a day of community fun to celebrate the Town’s sesquicentennial.

On March 3, 1873, The North Carolina General Assembly approved the charter for the incorporation of Mooresville. Over the last 150 years, the Town has grown from a small, quiet town to a booming lakeside town that boasts a place to play, work, and live.

Mooresville Day will pack activities, food and beer vendors, and organizations that are quintessential Mooresville. And don’t worry – there is plenty to do for people of all ages!

Activities will include rides (such as the pirate ship and scrambler), bounce houses, trackless train rides, gem mining, rock climbing, balloon animals and face painting, photo booths, gaming area, stage area with a DJ, contests, and the Randy Marian car corral.

We hope to see you from 12-4 p.m. on March 4, 2023 for Mooresville Day! Let’s take over Downtown and celebrate the Town’s 150th birthday!
